How to Get Your GitHub Token

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Go to GitHub.com and sign in
Click your profile picture → Settings
Scroll to the bottom → Developer settings
Click Personal access tokens → Tokens (classic)
Click Generate new token → Generate new token (classic)
Give it a name like "Clipboard Sync"
Set expiration (or "No expiration")
Check ONLY the gist checkbox
Click Generate token
IMPORTANT: Copy the token immediately!

🔒 Security Notes:

This token is tied to YOUR GitHub account
Only YOU can access your clipboard data
Use the SAME token on all your devices
Never share your token with anyone

💡 Tips:

Save your token in a password manager
You'll need to enter it on each device once
The app stores it locally (never sent anywhere else)

How to Get Your Pantry ID

Quick Setup:

Go to getpantry.cloud
Enter your email address
Choose a Pantry name (anything works - we'll create a basket called "clip_sync" inside it)
You'll receive a Pantry ID (looks like: 12a34567-8901-2345-b678-9ce0123456e7)
Important: Save this ID somewhere safe (password manager, notes, etc.)
Copy and paste that ID here
Use the same ID on all your devices
